Ifound this entry as a source for Theodocia Cooley Roberts on the interest. I
don't think that the deed book V is correct for any of the counties as V seems
to be in the 1860s.
However, I am wondering about the one equal and undivided tenth part. Is this a
partition of land inherited by these people? Oh, to be in Missouri and to
check land records at the MO state Archives.

Benjamin R. Cooley of Howard County, for $15 one equal and undivided tenth part
