Funny thing Michael.  I live in Florida, and my grandson plays on a baseball team and the coach's last name is Cooley.  I think I'm gonna check with him and see if he knows anything about his genealogy.  If not, then maybe, I'll offer to check into it.  It would be worth it.

I may have mentioned the matching Agerton tester. His father was adopted
and, considering the Y-DNA match, was likely a Cooley. Going through his
Family Finder (autosomal) results I see that he has a match with a
descendant of Perrin Cooley Sr!

His family is from Florida. Has anyone found any of Perrin's male Cooley
descendants in Florida? Finding such a person might help close the gap.
