These posts were in 2010 & 2009. The first post did not have any responses.
The second one had four posts with the last post in 2011. I can reply - but
what exactly do you want me to ask?

It's certainly possible that there's nothing to this, but we probably
share a common patrilineal ancestor to the descendant of John Hackett of
Derbyshire--whether if ancient or in the so-called genealogical timeframe.
While browsing I found postings on the Cowley message board at Ancestry
from two male Cowleys descended from the Derbyshire group. As many of you
know, I'm not an Ancestry member.
The usernames for the two men are andymjcowley and cowleyaa, the latter
being Anthony Cowkey, per his post. The posts are found at these URLs:
http://boards.ancestry.com/surnames.cowley/457/mb.ashx
http://boards.ancestry.com/surnames.cowley/435.1.2/mb.ashx
Would one of you care to contact these men?
Thanks!
Michael
