I was looking through some old stuff today and got stumped. No doubt this has been
discussed before but who is this Charles Cooley?

Lincoln County Kentucky Marriages page 82 (or 32?)

I believe the source for this is Historical Records of Old Crab Orchard KY,
Volume 3, 1780 – 1852, by Lucy Kate McGhee.
The margins are messed up a little on the original but it appears that William
Thompson may have also been listed as the witness for John, which makes sense.
I guess what I can’t suss out is if John and Charles are related to Joseph or Daniel.
Since we now have removed Daniel from our clan, I’m just blanking out over this
Charles. Sorry if this is old news. PLEASE don’t spend too much time backtracking,
but if anyone can quickly look at this and give me the gospel then I’ll be able to
move on to something bigger and better.
