I don't have any info for Emeline Sutton, but I do have a marriage record for a Perrin (transcribed as Perrice) Cooley and an Eliza Rudolph in Kirksville in 1849
Do we know which Perrin that is? Seems like Perrin C just because of his location ( don't know if Jr often traveled that far north) but I'm not familiar at all with Eliza Rudolph... Not even sure how I found that record.
