Re: Perrin C Cooley

Thank you.

I don't have any information on Harriet b. ~1846 but had wondered if this
was actually Nellie who would have been 4-5 months old. And why Perrin was
Perrin Cooley, Jr in 1849.

I am not home currently either. My Mother's funeral service is today in
Hood River, OR. I look forward to hearing from you when we are all back
home.

Mary C.

Ill be home tomorrow and take a look at it and see if I can find where it
ca=
me from. It's been a while since I added anyone to Perrin's tree so I can't
r=
ecall offhand. His wives confuse me as it is.

I do know its Perrin C in LaPlata ( probably laplatte misspelled) LaPlata
is=
only about 20 miles or so from Macon Missouri, iirc, and Macon County is ne=
ighboring Randolph County. =20

By an odd coincidence I lived in Macon for a few years. I had hoped being
s=
o close I would be able to discover new information, but all of the
original=
records I found there were already available online.

Jackson would probably be our best bet as its the capital for record info
on=
the Missouri branches of the Cooleys.

If I remember correctly, some of the census records put Perrin born in
Kentu=
cky. Though I believe the later ones say Mo.
