Hi Michael,
I just came upon an 1810 Casey County, KY Federal Census with John Cooley, John Cooley, Sr, George White, Randolph White and William Webster. Do you know if this John Cooley Sr is William Matthews Cooley's father? Wm Matthews Cooley's son Jonathan m. Amie White? and their grandson named a boy George White Faris. The other children in this family were named for grandparents. I kind of think Amie White's father might have been named George White. This could mean that these Websters, Whites and Cooleys go back to Casey County and perhaps NC? Do you have any information re. a relationship here?
Thank you for any response,
Brad Gibson
