This is Drury's info.  It states that he was born in Chatham Co., NC.  The only Cooley living there in 1790 and 1800 and 1810 is Julius Coley.  There is a son in the same age bracket that Andrew would of been in. Julius was over 45 on the 1800 census, so he would of been born before 1755.
