Your orator Pleasant Wilson of the County of Howard and State of Missouri
administrator of all ad singular the goods and chattels rights and credits
of James Cooley deceased Humbly Complaining therewith unto your Honor that
some time on or about the first day of October in the year Eighteen hundred
and twenty one in the county of Howard the aforesaid James Cooley died
intestate leaving a widow by the name of Elizabeth Cooley and the following
heirs and legal Representatives to wit - Thomas White and his wife Jemima
White said Jemima is the daughter and heir of said deceased, William
Cunningham and his wife Docia which said Docia is the daughter and Heir of
said Deceased and the following sons and heirs all minors.

I think you have my Jemima Cooley White confused with Jemima Roberts
Sparks. Jemima Cooley White (wife of Thomas Kirkland White) was b 9 Sep
1800 in NC (I have a photocopy of the bible record of Thomas K and Jemima
Cooley White that I can mail you if you like).
I think that it is apparent from the administration of James Cooley
(1772-1821)that he had daus named Jemima, who md Thomas K White and Docia
who md William Cunningham. They didn't help by using the same given names
over and over.
James (1772-1821) and Elizabeth Cooley had the following children:
Elnora who md William Green
James M who md Jane White
Demarcus (Mark who md Rebecca
Jemima who md Thomas K White
Theodocia who md 1)William Cunningham 2)John Roberts
Isaac N who md 1)Elizabeth Monroe and 2)Nancy Massey
Timothy Goode (Tink) who md Lucinda Ann Mullinex
John H who md Eliza Locke
Cornelius who md Dorothy White
Benjamin Rush who md 1)Elizabeth Ann Cooley and 2)Elizabeth ?
Matthias M who md Martha Whitney
and possibly a son, William

Most of my research was done in the 1960's to 1985 when there were no
computers so I have many, many paper files.
I've tried to put everything on my computer but may have missed something.
I don't know if you ever use the LDS Family Search. It is free to all --
members and non members. It is the only place where I have posted my family
records. However, there are errors because it's left up to the individuals
to be accurate, etc.
I wish you the best in all you do. It will be interesting to see if you can
be successful with the Big Y!
