I have been seeing Pemberton's wife listed as Martha Grass Crooks (b. Dec
1878) on a few family trees. Martha Glass Crooks was the daughter of
William L Crooks (28 Aug 1847 KY-21 Oct 1924 KY) & Mary M Glass (19 Aug 1849
KY-06 Dec 1936 KY). Mary M Glass was a daughter of Hugh M Glass & Martha J
Venable (b. abt 1820). I have marriage & death images to support this.
