PA, 1790 and 1800

I seriously doubt that the census records for those years are complete. I
find only two Cooleys for 1790 and five for 1800. Of the seven, something
is known for all except John Cooley of Washington County, which hugs the
southwestern corner of PA and was not far from Ohio.

The names in dark red have descendants who have DNA-tested. Jacob (in
light red), *may* have been the father of James, whose descendant did
test.

I don't have good access to PA records--and there are too few genealogy
resources here in Humboldt County. Tax lists, deeds and much, much more
would need to be examined in hopes of finding the PA home for WHC and/or
James.
