Haplogroup H is Clan Helena. It's the most common for those of European
descent--I think about 40%. The clan names were given by Brian Sykes of
Oxford, the man who DNA sequenced the Ice Man in the late 80s and kind of
kick started this whole thing. His book, The Seven Daughters of Eve,
describes the seven matrilineal clans of Europe, although (of course) more
has been learned about the subject in the last few years.
